Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мука пшеничная – 210 г
- масло сливочное или маргарин – 115 г
- сахар – 80 г
- яйцо – 1 шт.
- ванилин или лимонная цедра – по вкусу
- соль
- миндаль – 50 г
Приготовление:
Яйцо растирают с сахаром и солью добела.
Масло или маргарин размягчают до однородной консистенции и соединяют с растертым яйцом, хорошо перемешивают.
Муку просеивают, делают в ней углубление, вводят смесь масла с яйцом и несколько капель растворенного в горячей воде ванилина. Быстро замешивают тесто, подкатывают его в шар и выдерживают в холодильнике 30 минут.
Охлажденное тесто раскатывают на посыпанной мукой доске в пласт толщиной 0,7—0,8 см и вырезают в виде колец диаметром 8—9 см.
Кольца кладут на смазанный маслом лист, сверху смазывают яйцом и посыпают рубленым миндалем.
Выпекают при 220—230 °С.
