Пельмени с бараниной


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

Для теста:

  • мука пшеничная – 3 стакана
  • яйцо – 1 шт.
  • вода – 2/3 стакана
  • соль

Для начинки:

  • мякоть жирной баранины – 1 кг
  • лук репчатый – 2 головки
  • картофель – 1 шт.
  • сливочное масло – 2 ст. ложки
  • перец черный молотый
  • соль

Приготовление:

- Из муки, яйца, воды и соли приготовьте пельменное тесто.

- Для начинки мякоть баранины мелко порубите вместе с луком и картофелем или пропустите через мясорубку с крупной решеткой. Добавьте размягченное масло, поперчите, посолите, перемешайте и поставьте ненадолго в холодильник.

- Тесто раскатайте в тонкий пласт и разрежьте на квадраты 10?10 см. На каждый их них положите фарш и загните углы к середине так, чтобы образовался конверт с открытыми прорезями. Прорези защипните.

- Варите пельмени на пару 35–40 минут.

- Подавайте с бульоном или сметаной.
