Пельмени «по-индийски»


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • тесто пельменное – 500 г.
  • мякоть баранины – 180 г.
  • лук зеленый рубленый – 2 ст. ложки
  • чеснок – 1 зубчик
  • масло растительное – 2 ст. ложки
  • имбирь молотый – 1 ч. ложка
  • перец черный молотый – по вкусу
  • соль – по вкусу

Приготовление:

Нарежьте мясо кусочками, пропустите через мясорубку вместе с чесноком, посолите, поперчите и введите зеленый лук, имбирь, перемешайте.

Сформуйте из теста жгут и нарежьте кусочками, раскатайте кружочки. На раскатанные кружочки теста выложите начинку, края фигурно защипните.

Смажьте глубокий противень маслом, выложите пельмени, добавьте 2 стакана воды, прикройте фольгой и варите 30 минут в духовке.

Подайте с соевым соусом.
