Пельмени «по-индийски»

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- тесто пельменное – 500 г.
- мякоть баранины – 180 г.
- лук зеленый рубленый – 2 ст. ложки
- чеснок – 1 зубчик
- масло растительное – 2 ст. ложки
- имбирь молотый – 1 ч. ложка
- перец черный молотый – по вкусу
- соль – по вкусу
Приготовление:
Нарежьте мясо кусочками, пропустите через мясорубку вместе с чесноком, посолите, поперчите и введите зеленый лук, имбирь, перемешайте.
Сформуйте из теста жгут и нарежьте кусочками, раскатайте кружочки. На раскатанные кружочки теста выложите начинку, края фигурно защипните.
Смажьте глубокий противень маслом, выложите пельмени, добавьте 2 стакана воды, прикройте фольгой и варите 30 минут в духовке.
Подайте с соевым соусом.
