Пахлава медовая
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- ванилин 0,2 г
- масло топленое 60 г
- миндаль очищенный или грецкие орехи 200 г
- мука 1.5 стакана
- шафран 0,3 г
- дрожжи 8 г
- мёд 20 г
- молоко 4 ст. л.
- сахар 0,5 стакана
- яйцо 1 шт. + 1 желток
Приготовление:
- Просеянную муку смешиваем с солью, сахаром, дрожжами, ванилином и добавляем яйцо, все перемешиваем.
- Затем подогреваем молоко и горячим вливаем в муку, тщательно замешиваем. Выдерживаем час-полтора, после чего раскатываем в тонкий пласт 0.5 см.
Можно взять готовое слоеное тесто.
- На противень, смазанный маслом, выкладываем слой теста, посыпаем его измельченными орехами с сахаром, накрываем вторым слоем теста, и смазываем маслом. И так – пока не закончится тесто.
- Далее пахлаву разрезаем на ромбы или треугольники и смазываем желтком, смешанным с шафраном. В середину каждого кусочка можно положить половинку ореха.
- Выпекаем 35-40 минут при 180-200°С. За 15 минут до готовности глазируем ее сахарным сиропом или медом.
