Острая капуста

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- капуста белокочанная – 400 г
- перец красный острый – 1/2 шт.
- масло растительное
- сахар – 1/2 ч. ложки
- соль – 1/3 ч. ложки
- глютaмат натрия – 1/4 ч. ложки
- зелень петрушки
Приготовление:
- Капусту промыть, нарезать тонкой соломкой и бланшировать в кипящей воде в течение 1–2 минут, затем откинуть на дуршлаг и слегка отжать воду. Перец промыть и нарезать очень тонкой соломкой.
- Соединить подготовленные капусту и перец, полить разогретым до 200 °С маслом, приправить солью, сахаром, глютаматом натрия и перемешать.
- Выложить на тарелку и оформить зеленью.
