Оладьи с яблоками


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • мука пшеничная – 450 г
  • яйцо – 1 шт.
  • молоко или вода – 450 г
  • дрожжи – 10 г
  • сахар – 20 г
  • яблоки – 120 г
  • масло топленое – 50 г
  • сметана – 120 г
  • соль

Приготовление:

- В теплом молоке растворите дрожжи.  Добавить яйцо, растертое с сахаром и солью. Затем всыпать муку, непрерывно помешивая, что бы не образовалось комочков.

- Посуду с тестом накройте полотенцем и поставьте в теплое место для брожения.

- Яблоки очистить от кожуры и сердцевины, нарезать тонкими ломтиками и перед выпечкой добавить в готовое тесто.  Осторожно перемешать.

- Жарьте оладьи на разогретой сковороде с толстым дном. Тесто лучше берать ложкой, смоченной в воде.

- Тесто выкладывайте на сковороду, смазанную топленым маслом. Жарьте с обеих сторон до образования румяной корочки.

- Подавайте оладьи, выложив на тарелку, полив сметаной и посыпав сахаром.
