кофе молотый – 3 ст. ложки
цикорий молотый – 1 ст. ложка
вода – 600 г
молоко – 100 г
Кофе, смешанный с цикорием, залейте водой и поставьте на слабый огонь.
Как только поднимется шапка пены, джезву снимите с огня. Одновременно подогрейте молоко.
Разлейте кофе по подогретым кружкам, добавьте горячее молоко.
