2 спелых персика
1,5 ст. л. свежего лимонного сока
1,5 ст. л. сахара
750 мл игристого вина типа Prsecc
1,5 чашки содовой
Персики очистить от косточек, пюрировать в блендере вместе с сахаром и лимонным соком. Пропустить через крупное сито. Смешать с вином. Микс разлить по бокалам, сверху добавить содовой. Украсить ломтиками персика и мятой.
