Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- говядина мякоть – 1 кг
- шпик – 100 г
- язык вареный – 50 г
- шампиньоны свежие – 50 г
- сало топленое – 2 ст. ложки
- картофель – 8 клубней
- масло сливочное – 50 г
- салат
- зелень петрушки
- перец черный молотый
- соль – по вкусу
- помидоры – 5 шт.
- корень хрена – 80 г
Приготовление:
- Вырезку нашпигуйте шпиком, вареным языком и шампиньонами. Посолите и обжарьте со всех сторон на противне с салом.
- Вокруг мяса положите картофель, вырезанный в форме бочонков, и жарьте до готовноcти.
- Перед подачей нарежьте поперек волокон ломтиками толщиной 0,5 см и уложите на листья салата. Выложите жареные помидоры, картофель и строганый хрен, оформите зеленью.
- Мясо полейте растопленным сливочным маслом.
