Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- вишня спелая – 500 г,
- яблочный сок неосветленный – 100 мл,
- ванилин – по вкусу,
- корица – на кончике ножа,
- вода – 3 л,
- мед – 120 г,
- сок 1/2 лимона.
Приготовление:
Спелую вишню переберите, чтобы не было испорченных ягод, промойте, удалите косточки, соедините с медом, ванилью, корицей и разомните.
Залейте полученную массу холодной кипяченой или фильтрованной водой, влейте лимонный сок, перемешайте. Подогрейте на слабом огне, но не доводите до кипения. Добавьте яблочный сок.
Перед подачей дайте напитку настояться в прохладном месте не менее 4-5 часов. Подавайте как отдельный напиток или в коктейлях с алкоголем.
