Миндальное печенье
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- ваниль 1 ч. л.
- миндаль (целый, для украшения)) 1/2 стакана
- яйцо (белок) 2 шт.
- миндаль (очищенный, измельченный) 2 стакана
- сахарная пудра 1 стакан
Приготовление:
1. Слегка обжарить молотый миндаль. Остудить. Залить кипятком на 1-2 минуты, после чего снять с каждого ореха кожицу. Орехи измельчить в ступке или в процессоре до получения ореховой крошки. Часть орехов оставить для украшения.
2. Белки взбить в густую пену (не сухую!), продолжая взбивать, порционно добавить сахарную пудру, взбивать еще 5-8 минут до получения блестящей пены. Затем осторожно ввести миндаль и ваниль. Перемешать снизу вверх.
3. Готовую массу для печенья выложить чайной ложкой на смазанный маслом противень. Печенье можно украсить целым очищенным орехом.
4. Запекать при 170С. Если хотите получить мягкие печенья – выпекать нужно 12 минут, чтобы печенье хорошо подрумянилось – выпекайте 20 минут.
