Малиновое пирожное с орехами

мука пшеничная – 300 г
молоко теплое – 100 мл
сахар для теста – 1 ст. ложка и для начинки – 150 г
яйцо для теста – 1 шт. и для начинки – 3 шт.
дрожжи быстродействующие – 1/2 пачки
масло сливочное – 2 ст. ложки
соль
абрикосы консервированные – 1 банка (850 мл)
малина – 400 г
ванильный сахар – 1 пакетик
творог обезжиренный – 200 г
сливки – 400 мл
орехи грецкие рубленые – 100 г
желе для заливки торта – 1 пакетик
Способ приготовления блюда:
Дрожжи растворите в молоке, добавьте сахар, яйцо, соль, размешайте, введите муку, 1 столовую ложку масла, замесите тесто. Накройте салфеткой и оставьте на 20 минут. Затем тесто раскатайте, переложите на противень, смазанный оставшимся маслом, накройте салфеткой.
Абрикосы откиньте на дуршлаг, удалите косточки. Малину переберите. Яйца взбейте с сахаром и ванильным сахаром. Добавьте творог и сливки, перемешайте.
Массу равномерно выложите на тесто. Сверху уложите абрикосы, между ними — малину. Пирог посыпьте орехами и выпекайте 50 минут при 180 °С.
Приготовьте заливку для торта по рецепту, указанному на пакетике. Теплый пирог покройте заливкой, охладите и разрежьте на 20 пирожных прямоугольной формы.
