Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- колбаса – 100 г
- сыр – 50 г
- лук репчатый – 20 г
- кукуруза консервированная – 100 г
- перец сладкий – 50 г
- перец молотый – по вкусу
- горчица готовая – 1 ч. ложка
- масло растительное – 100 г
- огурцы маринованные – 50 г
Приготовление:
- Колбасу нарезают соломкой, сыр — кубиками, лук мелко рубят.
- Огурцы нарезают ломтиками, сладкий перец — соломкой.
- Подготовленные продукты соединяют, добавляют кукурузу, соль, заправляют растительным маслом, взбитым с молотым перцем и горчицей.
- Оформляют продуктами, входящими в состав салата.
