Корзиночки с клубникой

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- пресное слоеное тесто – 300 г
- клубника средней величины – 100 г
- сливки густые – 70 г
- сахарная пудра – 1 ст. ложка
- мука пшеничная для формовки теста – 1 ст. ложка
Приготовление:
Раскатайте слоеное тесто до толщины 3–4 мм, разрежьте на квадраты 8.8 см. Уложите в небольшие гофрированные формы, оттягивая уголки теста на края формы. Выпекайте при 250 °С до золотистого цвета. Охладите.
Взбейте сливки до устойчивой пены, перемешайте с сахарной пудрой.
Разложите взбитые сливки поровну в выпеченные корзиночки, сверху уложите клубнику.
