Компот сливовый

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- Красные сливы – 1 кг.
- Сахар – 250 гр.
Приготовление:
- Сливы переберем и вымоем, затем нужно разрезать сливы пополам и извлечь из них косточки (можно и не извлекать). Нальем в кастрюлю около двух литров воды, поставим на огонь и растворим в ней сахар. После этого опустим в воду сливы. Компот доведем до кипения и снимем с огня. Вот и все быстро и просто.
- Сливовый компот лучше употреблять охлажденным.
