Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- 1 кубик сахара
- 3 капли Ангостуры
- 120–150 мл шампанского
- 1 ч. л. коньяка
Приготовление:
Кубик сахара положить в бокал флют, полить биттером, влить шампанское. Сверху добавить коньяк. Отличным украшением станет лимонный твист. Шампанское лучше брать не слишком сладкое, можно заменить брютом, коньяк можно заменить бренди. Бокал не стоит охлаждать перед приготовлением коктейля, иначе вся фишка пропадет. Сахар, растворяясь, пузырится, если бокал запотеет, увидеть всю красоту — не получится.
