Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- 60 мл текилы (Rosangel Tequila)
- 15 мл сиропа с агавой
- 15 мл красного портвейна
- 1 барная ложка гранатовой патоки
- 21 мл лимонного сока
- 15 мл яичного белка
- клаб-сода
- вишенка для украшения
Приготовление:
Для приготовления гранатовой патоки возьмите 8 чашек гранатового сока, 2 ст. л. сахара, 1 ст. л. лимонного сока. В кастрюле или соуснике смешайте ингредиенты, варите на среднем огне 45 минут — 1 час, пока не загустеет. Переложите в контейнер и охладите в холодильнике.
Для приготовления коктейля в шейкере со льдом смешайте текилу, сироп, портвейн, патоку, лимонный сок, белок. Хорошо потрясите. Процедите в хайболл со льдом (по желанию), долейте сверху клаб-соду и украсьте вишенкой.
