1 л черного кофе
150 мл бренди
цедра 1 апельсина
шоколад черный
300 мл сливок жирностью 35 %
Сливки заранее взбить и поставить в холодильник.
Сварить крепкий кофе. Влить бренди, добавить апельсиновую цедру. Дать настояться 3 мин.
Шоколад наломать на маленькие кусочки, разложить поровну по кофейным чашкам. Влить горячий кофе.
Добавить взбитые сливки.
