Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- кофе молотый – 2 ч. ложки
- вода – 300 г
- сливки взбитые – 2 ст. ложки
- шоколад тертый – 2 ч. ложки
- сахар
Приготовление:
- Сварите черный кофе, процедите, добавьте сахар.
- При подаче в чашку с кофе выложите с помощью ложки или бумажного корнетика взбитые сливки, посыпьте их шоколадом.
- По желанию при взбивании в сливки можно добавить немного ванилина.
