кофе черный – 40 г,
- вода – 2 стакана,
- сахар – 2 ст. ложки,
- корица молотая – 1/2 ч. ложки,
- мускатный орех – на кончике ножа,
- кайенский перец – на кончике ножа,
- шоколадный сироп – 4 ст. ложки,
- взбитые сливки – 1/2 стакана.
Приготовление:
Кофе обжарить, смолоть, всыпать в джезву, залить водой, добавить сахар, соль на кончике ножа, тщательно перемешать, поставить на самый маленький огонь и варить, не перемешивая до того момента, когда пена поднимется. Снять джезву с огня, снять пену, влить несколько капель холодной воды, остудить.
В небольшой мисочке смешать корицу, шоколадный сироп (если нет сиропа, натрите шоколад на мелкой терке, добавьте немного молока, взбитый желток и слегка подогрейте, не доводя до кипения, положите немного сливочного масла), мускатный орех, перец. Взбейте миксером, добавьте кофе, взбейте еще раз, разлейте по чашкам или стаканам, украсьте взбитыми сливками
