Кофе “Дольче вита”

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- 4 чайных ложки сахара,
- 0,5 чайных ложки молотого имбиря,
- 5 чайных ложек кофе,
- 50 мл яичного ликера,
- взбитые сливки по вкусу.
Приготовление:
Для приготовления кофе “Дольче вита” в джезву положите сахар и нагревайте на слабом огне до состояния карамели (цвет сахара должен стать светло-коричневым), влейте воду (2 столовых ложки), добавьте имбирь и кипятите в течение минуты (до состояния сиропа).
Отдельно сварите кофе по вкусу и смешайте с приготовленным сиропом.
В высокие стаканы разлейте ликер, затем кофе с сиропом и украсьте взбитыми сливками.
