Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- кофе молотый – 4 ст. ложки
- сахар – 4 ст. ложки
- сливки густые – 1/2 стакана
- ликер апельсиновый – 4 ст. ложки
Приготовление:
Кофе залейте 4 стаканами кипятка и доведите до кипения.
Добавьте к кофе ликер и разлейте по чашкам.
Сливки взбейте в пену и выложите поверх кофе, посыпьте тертой цедрой апельсина.
