Кекс «Секрет ее успеха»

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- ванильный сахар, мускатный орех, соль по вкусу
- желток 1 шт.
- манная крупа 50 г
- меда 3 ложки
- разрыхлитель 1,5 ложечки
- вишни «Мараскино» 0,5 стакана
- мак 0,5 стакан
- масло для смазки
- мука 50 г
- сметана 75 мл
Приготовление:
Наибольший секрет этого кекса — в вишнях, консервированных ликером «Мараскино». Такие ягоды нежны и пикантны на вкус, к тому же при выпекании они остаются целыми.
- Муку, манку, соль, разрыхлитель, желток и мед растираем, добавляем сметану, перемешиваем.
- Всыпаем муку с манкой, опять перемешиваем.
- Добавляем вишни и зернышки мака. Все еще раз тщательным образом вымешиваем.
- Выливаем в смазанную маслом форму и запекаем в духовке при 200°С на протяжении 30 мин.
- Вынимаем готовый кекс из формы, посыпаем верх сахарной пудрой с ванильным сахаром и тертым мускатным орехом, украшаем несколькими вишнями.
