Кекс “Ноктюрн”


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • ванилин
  • коньяк 1 ст. л.
  • мука 150 г
  • сахарная пудра
  • соль 2 г
  • изюм пригоршня
  • масло или маргарин 150 г
  • сахар 150 г
  • сода 3 г
  • яйца 3 шт.

Приготовление:

- Закладываем в чашу хлебопечки предварительно запаренный (15 мин.) изюм, яйца, масло, коньяк, затем муку и сахар, соль, соду, ванилин.

- Выбираем соответствующий режим (быстрое тесто).

- Готовый кекс посыпаем сахарной пудрой.

Для того, что бы испечь этот кекс в духовке: ингредиенты смешиваем в миске. Жир лучше растопить. После вылить тесто в смазанную жиром и посыпанную мукой форму и печь при 180°С до готовности. Готовность можно узнать ткнув в кекс зубочисткой, если кекс готов – зубочистка останется сухой.
