Канапе с селедкой


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • зеленый лук 1 пучок
  • ржаной хлеб 8 ломтиков
  • томатная паста 2-3 ст. л.
  • лук 1 шт.
  • сливочное масло 2-3 ст. л.
  • филе сельди 150 г

Приготовление:

- У ломтиков ржаного хлеба отрезаем корочки, разрезаем на небольшие квадратики.

- Растапливаем сливочное масло, смешиваем его с томатной пастой, солим, перчим, размешиваем.

- Небольшую луковицу нарезаем колечками. Зеленый лук измельчаем.

- Маленькие ломтики хлеба намазываем томатным маслом, выкладываем колечка лука, филе селедки, посыпаем зеленым луком.

- Канапе с селедкой выкладываем на большое блюдо и подаем к столу.
