Грушевый кекс
Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- белое вино 2 стакана
- груши 2 шт
- мед 1 стакан
- мука пшеничная 1 стакан
- разрыхлитель для теста 3 ч. ложки
- сливочное масло 200 г
- яйца 3 шт
- ванильный сахар 1 ч. ложка
- коньяк 2 ст. ложки
- молотая корица 2 ч. ложки
- панировочные сухари 1 ст. ложка
- сахарная пудра 1 ст. ложка
- соль 1 щепотка
Приготовление:
- Груши разрежьте пополам, удалите сердцевину.
- Вино доведите до кипения с добавлением 2 столовых ложек меда, положите половинки груш и припустите в течение 5 минут. Остудите груши в сиропе.
- Размягченное масло разотрите с оставшимся медом, яйцами, ванильным сахаром и солью.
- Постепенно всыпьте смесь муки, разрыхлителя и корицы, добавьте коньяк, 3–4 столовые ложки грушевого сиропа и замесите тесто.
- Половинки груш выложите из сиропа, обсушите и разрежьте еще раз вдоль пополам.
- Прямоугольную форму смажьте маслом, посыпьте сухарями, выложите половину приготовленного теста, сверху поместите дольки груш и накройте их оставшимся тестом.
- Выпекайте кекс в нагретой до 180 °С духовке в течение 1 часа, затем выложите и остудите.
