Грибная солянка с груздями

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- грузди – 400 г
- репчатый лук – 2 шт.
- огурец соленый – 1 шт.
- корень петрушки – 1/2 шт.
- помидоры – 2 шт.
- сливочное масло – 1 ст. ложка
- бульон грибной – 1 л.
- маслины – 2 ст. ложки
- лимон – 4 ломтика
- соль , лавровый лист, перец черный горошком по вкусу
- сметана – 1 ст. ложка
- зелень петрушки рубленая – 1 ст. ложка
Приготовление:
Очищенный от кожицы и семян огурец нарежьте ломтиками и тушите в небольшом количестве бульона 10 минут.
Грибы, лук и петрушку нарежьте соломкой, обжарьте на масле, затем положите в кипящий бульон и варите 10 минут. Добавьте огурец, нарезанные тонкими ломтиками помидоры, маслины, специи и варите еще 5–7 минут.
Подавайте солянку с ломтиком лимона, очищенного от цедры, добавив сметану и зелень.
