Греческая фасоль

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- лук репчатый 1 луковица
- молотой паприки щепотка
- петрушка пучок
- сушеного орегано щепотка
- фасоль лимская 200г
- масло оливковое 2ст.л
- молотый красный острый перец, соль по вкусу
- протертой мякоти томата 300г
- томатной пасты 200г
Приготовление:
Фасоль замочить на 8 ч в холодной воде, затем залить свежей водой и отварить до готовности; откинуть на дуршлаг, дать стечь всей воде.
Выложить фасоль в миску, сбрызнуть оливковым маслом, добавить орегано, перемешать, запечь в духовке, разогретой до 200?С, в течение 10 мин.
Тем временем очистить и измельчить луковицу, обжарить на растительном масле до прозрачности. Добавить томатную пасту, протертую мякоть томата, мелко нарезанную петрушку и молотую паприку.
Довести до кипения, снять с огня. Добавить запеченную фасоль, приправить по вкусу солью и красным острым перцем, перемешать.
Дать остыть до комнатной температуры, выложить на блюдо и подать.
