Говяжий язык с пикулями


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • язык говяжий – 1 шт.
  • масло сливочное – 1 ст. ложка
  • сахар – 1/2 ст. ложки
  • мука пшеничная – 1 ст. ложка
  • лук репчатый мелко нарезанный – 1 головка

  • бульон мясной – 4 стакана
  • портвейн – 1 стакан
  • пикули – 1 стакан
  • соль

Приготовление:

- Говяжий язык залить водой, вымочить 20 мин., отварить, очистить от кожи и разрезать на 12 ломтиков.

- Лук обжарить на масле, добавить сахар, вино, муку, соль и бульон. Положить ломтики языка и тушить 10 мин.

- Вынуть язык и соединить с пикулями. Соус процедить.

- Подавать с картофельным пюре или отварным рисом.
