Говядина с перцем и грибами

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мякоть говядины (толстый край) – 800 г
- шампиньоны – 200 г
- растительное масло – 3 ст. ложки
- сливочное масло – 3 ст. ложки
- коньяк – 2 ст. ложки
- сметана – 150 г
- перец черный крупносмолотый – 2 ст. ложки
Приготовление:
- Говядину нарежьте порционными кусками, слегка отбейте. Натрите каждый кусок перцем.
- Разогрейте по ложке растительного и сливочного масла и обжарьте нарезанные ломтиками грибы до золотистого цвета.
- Грибы переложите в другую посуду.
- В сковороду добавьте оставшееся масло, разогрейте его, положите мясо и жарьте до готовности.
- Переложите мясо в другую посуду, слейте со сковороды жидкость, налейте коньяк, доведите его до кипения, добавьте сметану и кипятите 1 минуту. Затем положите грибы и доведите соус до готовности.
- При подаче мясо полейте соусом, оформите зеленью. Для гарнира использовать томаты.
