Фруктовые оладьи

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- фрукты свежие (бананы, яблоки, груши и др.) – 450 г
- мука пшеничная – 1 стакан
- молоко цельное – 1 стакан и сухое молоко – 1 ст. ложка
- разрыхлитель для теста для теста – 1/2 ч. ложки
- корица молотая – 1 ч. ложка
- сахарная пудра – 1 ст. ложка
- масло растительное – 2 стакана
Приготовление:
- Фрукты вымыть, очистить и нарезать мелкими кубиками.
- Муку просеить, соединить с разрыхлителем, сухим молоком, корицей, влеить цельное молоко – замесить густое тесто.
- Добавить подготовленные фрукты и перемешать.
- Опускайть тесто порциями в разогретое масло и жарить по 3–4 минуты.
- Готовые оладьи вынуть и обсушите.
Перед подачей посыпьте оладьи сахарной пудрой.
