Фаршированные яйца

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- зеленый лук пучок
- соль по вкусу
- майонез 50 г
- яйца 6 шт.
Приготовление:
Яйца варим вкрутую, ставим под струю холодной воды, чтобы остыли.
Охлажденные яйца разрезаем пополам и вынимаем желтки.
Зеленый лук тщательно промываем, мелко нарезаем. К желткам добавляем майонез, измельченный лук, соль по вкусу. Размешиваем до однородной консистенции.
Готовой массой наполняем половинки яиц. Выкладываем на блюдо, украшаем зеленью.
