Фальшивые сосиски

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- морковь – 250 г
- сардельки – 3 шт.
- лук репчатый – 1 головка
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- мука пшеничная – 2 ст. ложки
- соль
- перец красный
- перец черный
- сухари панировочные – 50 г
- жир для жаренья
Приготовление:
Морковь промойте, отварите до полуготовности, откиньте на дуршлаг, дайте стечь воде. Сардельки очистите и пропустите через мясорубку вместе с морковью и луком.
В полученный фарш добавьте яйца, муку, перец и соль по вкусу, перемешайте.
Сформуйте из смеси сосиски, запанируйте их в сухарях и обжарьте с жиром до золотистой корочки.
Подавайте «сосиски» с острым соусом.
