Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- 8 чашек порезанной мелкими кубиками мякоти дыни
- 1,5 чашки воды
- 1 ст. л. свежего сока лайма
- 1 ст. л. сахара
- кварта содовой
Приготовление:
В блендере смешать дыню с водой до образования пюре. Перевернуть чашку блендера поверх сита над большой чашей и дать так постоять около часа, чтобы самая крупная мякоть отделилась от жидкой массы. Дынный сок смешать с соком лайма, сахаром и охлаждать 1 час. Разлить по бокалам, сверху долить содовую, украсить лаймовыми твистами, ломтиками дыни, по желанию добавить лед.
