Дим сум


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

Для фарша:

  • креветки очищенные – 400 г
  • соус соевый – 2 ст. ложки
  • вино рисовое – 2 ст. ложки
  • мука кукурузная – 1 ст. ложка
  • сахар – 1 ст. ложка
  • перец черный молотый

Для теста:

  • мука пшеничная – 3 стакана
  • масло растительное – 1 ст. ложка
  • вода – 1 стакан

Приготовление:

- Муку насыпьте горкой на стол, в центре сделайте углубление. Влейте в него, помешивая, 1/2 стакана горячей воды, затем 1/3 стакана холодной воды. Добавьте масло и замесите тесто. Накройте его салфеткой и оставьте на полчаса.

- Креветок мелко порубите.

- Для фарша измельченных креветок смешайте с 4 столовыми ложками воды, соевым соусом, вином, сахаром и перцем до образования однородной массы.

- В креветочную массу всыпьте, помешивая, кукурузную муку и перемешайте.

- Тесто раскатайте в жгут и нарежьте небольшими кусочками. Раскатайте из них кружочки диаметром 6 см.

- На середину каждого кружочка положите начинку, края

теста защипните.

- На решетку пароварки положите листья зеленого салата, на них — пельмени и варите на пару 20 минут.

8. Подавайте с соевым соусом, посыпав зеленью петрушки.
