- молоко 250 мл

- черный перец 1/4 ч.л.
Приготовление:
В кастрюле нагрейте сливочное масло. Добавьте муку и готовьте 2 минуты на медленном огне.
Взбейте венчиком молоко, бульон, соль и крупнодробленный черный перец. Уменьшите огонь и готовьте до получения гладкой однородной массы.
