Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- кофе натуральный – 3 ст. ложки
- вода – 2 стакана
- сахар – 150 г
- коньяк – 2 ст. ложки
- сок лимонный – 1 ч. ложка
Приготовление:
- Сварите крепкий кофе, влейте прогретый до 70 ?С коньяк, добавьте сахар, лимонный сок и перемешайте.
- Подавайте, оформив взбитыми сливками и цедрой лимона.
