чай байховыйчерный или зеленый без добавок- 2 ч. ложки,
вода – 2 стакана,
сахар – по вкусу,
майоран молотый – 1 ч. ложка.
Майоран залить половиной стакана кипятка в отдельнойфарфоровой посуде, настаиватьоколо 3 часов, затем процедить.
Чай заваривать остальным количеством воды (едва закипевшей, молочный цвет) вфарфоровом чайнике (крышечка должна быть с дырочкой), предварительно ополоснув его кипятком. Заливать воду в два приема. Дать ему настояться иосесть, затем соединить с настоем майорана.
Подавать напиток охлажденным до температуры 5-8º С.
