Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- Дрожжи (35 г)
- Сахар (3-4 столовых ложки)
- Соль
- Молоко (2 стакана)
- Яйца (2 шт)
- Масло сливочное (3-4 ложки)
- Мука (4 стакана)
- Колбаски для жарки
- Жаренные зернышки кунжута
Приготовление:
- Дрожжи заливаем водой комнатной температуры, кладем немного сахара, отставляем и даем им поднятся.
- Из молока, яиц, сахара,щепотки соли, масла и муки замешиваем тесто, вливаем в него дрожжи.
- Вымешиваем, тонко раскачиваем и разделяем на части по величине колбасок.
- Выкладываем каждую колбасу на тесто, посыпаем 1-2 ложечками кунжута и защипываем края. Немного качаем по столу.
- Скручиваем “улитки” и отставляем в теплое место, чтобы немного подошли.
- Перекладываем колбаски на смазанный жиром противень, мажем сверху маслом.
- Выпекаем в духовке при 160°С 50-60 минут.
