Бутерброды с брынзой и овощами

хлеб ржаной – 200 г
масло сливочное – 50 г
брынза – 100 г
картофель вареный – 100 г
лук репчатый – 30 г
яйцо – 1 шт.
соль
перец молотый
Брынзу тщательно разотрите, смешайте с маслом, мелко рубленным луком и тертым картофелем. В полученную массу введите сырое яйцо, соль, перец, тщательно перемешайте.
Ломтики хлеба смажьте приготовленной массой, поставьте в духовку и запеките до образования поджаристой корочки.
