Блины на опаре


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • мука пшеничная – 1 кг
  • дрожжи – 40 г
  • вода – 2 стакана
  • молоко – 4-5 стаканов
  • масло сливочное – 3 ст. ложки
  • сахар – 2 ст. ложки
  • соль – 1 1/2 ч. ложки
  • яйцо – 2 шт.

Приготовление:

- Влейте в кастрюлю воду, разведите в ней дрожжи, всыпьте 500 г муки, размешайте, накройте салфеткой и поставьте в теплое место на 1 час.

- Добавьте в опару соль, сахар, желтки, масло и остальную муку. Вымесите тесто до гладкости и постепенно, по одному стакану, влейте молоко. Кастрюлю с тестом поставьте в теплое место.

- Когда тесто поднимется, размешайте его и снова поставьте в теплое место. Когда оно поднимется вновь, добавьте взбитые в пену яичные белки.

- Начинать печь блины нужно сразу же после подъема теста. Подайте блины с маслом или сметаной.
