Блины манные


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • крупа манная – 2/3 стакана
  • мука пшеничная – 3/4 стакана
  • молоко – 3 стакана
  • вода – 1/2 стакана
  • яичный желток – 2 шт.
  • масло топленое – 1 ст. ложка
  • масло сливочное – 1/2 стакана
  • сахар – 1-2 ст. ложки
  • соль – 1/2 ч. ложки
  • сметана – 1/2 стакана

Приготовление:

- Вскипятите 2 1/2 стакана молока, положите в него сахар и топленое масло. В кипящее молоко медленно, струйкой, постоянно помешивая, всыпьте манную крупу. Проварите на слабом огне в течение 5–6 минут, затем охладите.

- В остывшую кашу добавьте муку, перемешайте. Оставшееся молоко соедините с яичными желтками, 1/2 стакана воды, солью, постепенно введите в кашу с мукой и перемешайте до однородной массы. Выпекайте блины на сливочном масле на маленьких сковородах.

- Подавайте со сметаной.
