Для приготовления вам потребуется:

- яйцо – 3 шт.

- лимонная кислота – 1/4 ч. ложки
- молоко – 0,5 л
- масло растительное или топленое – 2 ст. ложки
- масло сливочное – 4 ст. ложки
- соль – по вкусу
Приготовление:
Муку просейте через сито, разведите теплым молоком до консистенции сметаны, добавьте слегка взбитые яйца, соль и тщательно перемешайте смесь венчиком. Соду загасите разведенной в воде лимонной кислотой, добавьте в тесто, еще раз перемешайте и сразу выпекайте блины.
Для этого раскаленную сковороду смажьте маслом, налейте порцию теста, равномерно распределяя его по дну сковороды. Как только блин зарумянится, переверните его и поджарьте с другой стороны. Блины складывайте стопочкой, смазывая каждый маслом.
Подавайте блины со сметаной.
