Блинчики с мясом


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • блинчики, приготовленные по классическому рецепту – 10 шт.
  • мясо – 600 г
  • масло топленое – 2 стакана
  • лук репчатый – 1 головка
  • яйцо вареное – 1 шт.
  • лук зеленый – 20 г
  • масло сливочное – 2 ст. ложки
  • перец черный молотый
  • соль

Приготовление:

Мясо промойте, освободите от сухожилий, нарежьте на куски и обжарьте на части топленого масла; тушите до готовности, добавив немного воды. Репчатый лук мелко нарежьте и обжарьте на топленом масле без изменения цвета. Тушеное мясо и жареный лук пропустите через мясорубку, добавьте мелко нашинкованное яйцо, соль, перец.

На поджаренную сторону блинчика положите фарш, заверните в виде прямоугольных пирожков и обжарьте на раскаленной с топленым маслом сковороде с обеих сторон до образования румяной корочки.

Подайте по 2 блинчика на порцию, поливая сливочным маслом и оформив зеленью.
