Блинчики с мармеладом

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- молоко – 500 г
- яйцо – 3 шт.
- мука пшеничная – 240 г
- сахар – 1 ст. ложка
- соль
- масло сливочное для смазывания
- мармелад
- сахарная пудра
Приготовление:
- Взбейте яйца с сахаром и солью. Постепенно введите просеянную муку и влейте холодное молоко. Вымесите тесто до получения однородной массы.
- Вылейте тесто на смазанный маслом противень и выпекайте в предварительно нагретой духовке.
- Выньте, нарежьте на квадраты, смажьте каждый блинчик мармеладом, скатайте в трубочку и посыпьте сахарной пудрой.
