Блинчики с манговым соусом

Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- мороженое – 200 г
- молоко – 2 1/2 стакана
- мука пшеничная – 1 1/2 стакана
- яйцо – 2 шт.
- сахар – 1 ч. ложка
- соль – по вкусу
- масло топленое – 1 ст. ложка
- мед – 4 ст. ложки
- сок манговый – 100 г
- сок лимонный – 3 ст. ложки
- цедра лимона тертая – 4 ст. ложки
Приготовление:
Из муки, молока, яиц, сахара и соли замесите тесто и испеките на топленом масле тонкие блинчики.
Для соуса смешайте мед с лимонным и манговым соком, добавьте цедру.
При подаче на теплые блинчики разложите мороженое, сверните их трубочками и полейте соусом.
