Для приготовления вам потребуется:
- редис белый – 500 г
- черемша нарезанная – 20 г
- сахар – 1/2 ч. ложки
- глютaмат натрия – 1/4 ч. ложки
- масло растительное – 1 ст. ложка
- соль – 1/3 ч. ложки
- зелень
Приготовление:
Редис промыть, очистить от кожицы и нарезать длинной тонкой соломкой. Приправить солью, перемешать и оставить на 30 минут. Слить образовавшийся сок.
Черемшу обжарить при непрерывном помешивании в разогретом до 200–220 °С масле в течение нескольких секунд, снять с огня, добавить сахар и глютамат натрия, перемешать. Полить полученным соусом редис, еще раз перемешать.
