Апельсиновый пирог


Для приготовления вам потребуется:

  • масло растительное 0,5 стакана
  • разрыхлитель 1 ст. л.
  • сахар ванильный 1 ст. л.
  • соль щепотка
  • яйца 4 шт.
  • мука 2 стакана
  • сахар 1,5 стакана
  • сок апельсиновый 1 стакан
  • цедра апельсиновая с 1 апельсина

Приготовление:

Ароматный, нежный, очень вкусный пирог, его очень любят дети.

- Белки взбиваем с сахаром, цедру натираем на мелкой терке и перемешиваем с остальными продуктами, затем соединяем все со взбитыми с сахaром белками.

- Форму (желательно круглую), смазываем растительным маслом, выливаем в нее тесто и выпекаем в духовке при 170-180°С 40 минут. Готовность пирога проверяем шпажкой она должна остаться сухой , а пирог – быть золотистого цвета.

- Когда остынет, посыпаем сахарной пудрой или смазываем глазурью (1 ст. л. апельсинового сока и 0,5стак. сахарной пудры), можно украсить цукатами из апельсиновых корочек.
